Ohmi Beef

There are three brands of Wagyu beef hailed to be the top in taste and one of them is Ohmi beef.  Its history goes back more than 400 years when it was first presented among the warlords of Japan.  The taste of the exquisite Ohmi beef was so highly sought after that it became known as "Imperial Beef".

Ohmi beef retains moisture even during transportation.  As a result, the viscous fats take on a glossy look and the goodness in the beef is condensed to create tenderness and unrivalled flavor.
